does anyone know if the 2.4 crate engine they have has 300hp without any other mods??? i think that is how the description read. just wanted to be sure ,before i order.

 

We are still around.

the 2.4 crate does not have 300hp on its own, it is a short block that can take 300hp all day long and not have any problems.

If you take the 2.4 crate with twenty over, 10:1 pistons and throw the port and polished head on and a set of cams, intake and exhaust you shouldnt have a problem reaching 300.

Its just a piece of the puzzle to get to 300whp.

jbp im about 4 hr awaay from you.i got the 2.4 with a weapon r intake mag/cat-bact jet maf and a tune im always looking for more power
what can we do ?

 

It all depends on how indepth you want to get. Cams, lightened crank pulley, port and polish, full performance engine build?
