Noticed you didn`t have roof rails, got the 2007 brouchure, go to #58 in the Fall Limited Edition thread started by WIHHR in this section.
Don`t think theres anything you can do without the basic rails.

Ebay has kayak, surfbd, luggage, bike racks, canone, and a few others. But I have not seen any one selling the foundation racks. You might need to check with the dealer for them and let them put it on.

I don't want to jump on this but you will need to have the roof rails to use any type of roof rack.

Then you'll need the cross rails, either OEM or after market. You can get the OEM on ebay, I got a set for both of ours and they take about 15 minutes to put on.

Then you can get a few different versions of roof storage units, also available on ebay.

Hope this helps.

Although this HHR has rails, here is an image for ya. Coolsurf has a roof rack installed.
Click *HERE* to see coolsurf's photos gallery.
I hope this helps!

http://www.perrycraft.com/roof_racks/racks_main.htm This is the brand we carry. We have installed two of the DynaSports on Caravans with good results. From something low profile and simple, to big and bold, this is the brand to go with unless you want OEM

Have you installed any on the HHR's yet. I was just wondering because I had a Caravan before my HHR and the roof on the HHR is much thinner and flexes a lot more. Just wondering.
Thanks
