I need to take some pictures of it! I don't have a dig camera but I should be able to use my phone. Will need some help to put them up here in the forum though. Not too good at this computer stuff.

I've been a member for a while, but I just picked up my '07 2 days ago!!
I've just been waiting for them to get it delivered from Mexico. It is awesome, and I was surprised at the little bit of "get-up-and-go" it has to it. I can't wait until I have enough money to get some mods.

So, I guess I'm now "officially" a member. YEA!!! lol

Ronzo, I have pics of my 61 up now in the gallery. It looks okay from far away. It has the original straight 6 in it right now. It runs buts its pretty tired. I'm building a 406 for it but kind of ran out of money. Hopefully it will be done by beginning of next year. Then painted not long after that.

I`ve got a 2006, just read about a Turbo version (coming soon).
Gonna get a 2007-08 Fall "Black Beauty" Edition, Black chrome, and change my user name to Stealth.

well if this means anything, I just test drove one yesterday and the salesman said they're going to blow the 06's off the lot.

So print yourself a copy of the dealer invoice from www.edmunds.com (complete with all optional equipment you want). Then take said invoice down to the dealer and tell him you want the car for his invoice price (usually most cars have what they call a holdback... a few hundred bucks GM will pay to the dealer just for the sale). If they wanna deal, they will. If not, take it to another dealer in your area. You can get a great price that way if you take your time, shop price and terms and not be in a hurry to buy. Also wait til the end of the month. That usually is an even better time to buy.
Good luck.

Also - for anyone close to Temecula, CA. I have a great contact at a large dealership not far from us. He is a Fleet Manager so you don't need to deal with the whole salesman, "ship-you-around-to-the-closer-guy" thing. No commision (he's paid a straight salary), but he only works M-F, no weekends. If any SoCal locals need help with a deal, can buy on a weekday, and don't mind the drive, we can hook you up. PM or email me if needed.
