Basic equipment on 2009 HHR LT2
 

I started the process of buying what I am being told is a 2009 HHR LT2. But it doesn't have On-Star or XM radio options and doesn't seem to have remote start capability. It was my understanding that they were each part of the basic equipment for the L2. Is there a list out there that shows exactly what should come with the L2 so I can check on what else might be missing?

What makes you think it does not have remote start?

Easiest way is to look at the label on the glovebox door, there will be 1LT, 2LT, or LS on the list. AP3 means remote start.

If it really does not have OnStar, XM and remote start it was a fleet/rental in it's first life.

note; 2009 HHR is a light truck, not a car

Welcome to the site,as Don says, look for 2LT in the RPO sticker on the glovebox door.
If the Onstar doesn't work or the XM maybe the subscription has elapsed and if there is a CEL on the remote start won't work.
