The current ground connection is perfectly fine, as long as the contact is clean. Why do you think it is due to a bad ground?
Have you tried adjusting the brightness of the lights via the switch on the dash?

The dimmer switch could be going bad, but, if you don't think so, I would then suspect a common ground point that is shared by those affected lights.

Maybe this ground location ?

Clean it, improve it. Don't move it. ONLY a humongous ignoramus would consider it. Please do not do that...

I might just dump 100 bags of oak leaves on you, and light them on fire... You can survive, but like this, it's dumb to even try it...

For no reason..
