Found lying on the floor, passenger side, front.

 

Looks like the "rubber" insert found in the bottom of the hand grabs/finger insert for the doors.....kind of like the same material as the bottom of the cup holder????

 

Looks more like the piece thats goes in the cubby hole on an LS/LT under the window switches ( older models) Maybe it was in glove comp and worked its way out...the door cup is long and skinny..more oval shaped....whats the other side look like?

 

Now I feel stupid!!!
I knew that thing looked familiar. It's the rubber liner that sits in the pocket in the console, just behind the shifter.
