Cobalt SS/TC springs

After I install my Cobalt SS/TC springs and drive it for a hundred miles or so to settle them in and align my headlights do I need any sort of a suspension alignment? The rear axel looks like a straight up and down set up so I don't know what would need to be reset. Thanks for any info. from past experiences.:confused:
