It's the longer one, haven't checked the other..

You took the chain cover off to change the water pump? Uh, why?

I know that you know about the search tool and the how-to library. I am sure that my how to replace a water pump is in there.

No I didn't remove the water pump nor the head, timing chain etc.

It was torn down by a G.M. dealer
