Current Lead Time (Jan/06)

I just ordered my HHR today. Dealer said he is seeing 5-7 week lead times on other models. This dealer had not ordered any HHR's (he had 10 on the lot). Just curious what people have been experiencing for lead times lately.

Mine took 7 weeks. Ordered in Mid November, when the Red Tag Event started, and I received it Jan 5th.

I gave in and didn't wait and took what I could get. I just said it HAD to have a few things

1. 2.2 not 2.4
2. Orange

He gave me a few cars to pick from....from the surrounding areas. I ended up getting everything I remotely wanted except for the running boards. My best friends dad owns a salvage yard. So (God forbid) someone totals the front of an hhr I might get them then. I'm trying to wait to see if any aftermarket running boards come out.

Auto Truck Toys has updated their list of aftermarket fun stuff for the HHR. I noticed they now have nerf bars. Hmmmmmmm.......................they are certainly worth looking at. Me..........my wife is making me wait. She says I spent enough already. I say "damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead", you can never spend too much!

If you put them on along with the gas door cover and rocker panel moldling you could officialy have the most distastefull HHR on the road. Well I guess it could be worse. You could have all of the above mentioned items with that ugly woody kit and the fake window T handle from off Ebay. IMO if you want running boards go with Chevys!

No coffee yet! So you nailed it. Sorry if I offended anyone who likes that stuff but I think that's way over doing it. Plus I'm partial to the Chevy running boards.

[QUOTE=captain howdy]No coffee yetQUOTE] I thought you dont drink coffee? I'm still hopeing for something better in regards to the running boards. Once something new and exciting comes out then I will go ahead for a buy.
