Thanks for the suggestions.
Luckily the deer didn't flip up and into the windshield, I had two daughters with me.
I need to pull up and sideways on the drivers side, maybe at 30 degrees from horizontal.
First I am going to try the 8000lb $30 come-along from HF. My pole barn has massive vertical timbers so I will attach to that.
If that doesn't work I may try the hydraulic kit from HF along with the pull ram.

Hope you have some way to anchor the car to the ground. If not, it may start lifting the car and "twist" on the unibody. Gotta be careful when trying to bend structural parts back into position.I'm with Oldblue on using the Porto Power. Have used a set before on a crushed in tailboard on a truck. Worked like a charm.

Don, thanks for the dimensions. I have the factory service manual but you saved me the trouble of looking it up.
Yesterday when I measured the diagonal dimension that you show as 1374mm, there was a difference of about 3/4 inch from one diagonal to the opposite diagonal. The two diagonals were identical on my other HHR that I used as a baseline.
I am headed to HF now to get some stuff. I have wanted to get the Porto-Power for a while, this gives me a good excuse to buy one :).

HF sells a 4-ton model ($104 after 20% off coupon) or a 10-ton model ($160 after coupon).
What do you think? Is 4 tons enough? I know HF ratings can be optimistic sometimes so maybe the 10-ton model would be better.

If there is no way to push, then I will buy the pulling ram with hooks at both ends (picture a few posts above) and pull.
