Well, their excuse was that since they need 2 signatures on the check they send to the bank for payoff and the owner doesn't hold normal office hours, I guess he didn't get around to signing it for awhile or something. Even with all the stuff I got, I'll still tell everyone to never buy a car from that place. Unfortunately, I just don't have the time to drive over there at any given time to say something in person. It was the only dealership that had the HHR I wanted and it's not exactly near my house or work.

I bought my buggy 6 months ago. Part of my agreement I was to receive a "chevy jacket". Didn't have my size in stock. Promised by Thanksgiving. Didn't happen. Then promised it would be under my tree by Christmas. Didn't happen. After the salesperson left the dealership, I continued to bring it up, I was then asked if I had something in writing. Then I was told they would try to get me a sweat shirt, didn't happen. Then I was told they would try to get me a T shirt. Didn't happen. When I pressed for the coat that was originally what I thought I agreed upon, I was told the dealer would have to order a minimum of 12 jackets and they didn't want to do that. I gave them 6 months and then called GM Customer Satisfaction number in my owners manual to complain. Told them the call was to notify them after my last 2 vehicles were Silverados, then the HHR Panel, I was never going to buy another GM product. Never going to go back to that dealership again. A hoodie showed up in the mail last week. Not what I thought I would get with my purchase, but better than nothing. I won't get into the switching of numbers between the original offer on scratch paper and the final numbers on purchase agreement. Every dealer I dealt with, I was very disappointed with. I really like my panel, just jaded on dealing with dealers.
