Disc brakes

Does anyone know of a rear disc brake conversion kit for an 08 hhr and how difficult would it be to do. Please and thank you

No "kits". Just go to a junk yard and get a rear axle from a Cobalt.or HHR SS. The other option is to farbicate a mounting plate.

The search ought to return several threads on the subject, if you spell the words properly.

Here's what I had to purchase:
Rear axle beam from a Cobalt SS
Calipers and pads
Caliper Brackets
Discs (Rotors)
Brake lines - Banjo fitting
E-Brake cables
Did the swap in 1 weekend
and of course, research, research, research.
