Do newer HHR's (09-11) have some of the same ills of earlier HHRs?

For perspective, I just turned 30k mi on July 4th. The only issue I had was the little illuminating LED on the passenger side window switch went out. I had it replaced the day the 3 yr BTB warrantee ran out. Mine's an '08 SS with the Turbo Upgrade installed at around 8k mi. No problems other than the LED.
