2008 2.4l automatic LT.
I was changing my oil pan gasket when I noticed this bolt was not in all the way and was loose. Im sorry for being lazy i just really don't want to search forever to figure when o know one of you masters will probably know donbrew/oldblue?

 

The bracket that the bolt is in holds the transmission tail (where the passenger side axle shaft goes into it) rigidly to the engine to keep the tail from flexing.

Just tighten the bolt and it will be ok.

This is on the passenger side, right?

No.

When you get the "Service ESC" light, do you also get the ABS light?

Service and TC lights usually means the VVT solenoids are clogged, but a scan tool would give you a better idea whats wrong, could possiblly be hubs....
