I was surprised that this 07 with heated leather seats I picked up had the base model wiring for the rearview mirror (no switched power for auto-dim) As I'm adding auto-dim to it I have to ask----- were there factory auto-dim exterior mirrors on any HHR as there were in some other GM cars of this era?

The mirrors are BIG (which is nice) but not so much at night, and I regularly spend 7-12 hours/week driving at night.

There never auto dim exterior mirrors, we were lucky to get power mirrors at best!
