Driver window won't go down

Driver window won't go down
My driver window will not go down I already replaced the regulator / motor and the window switch and it still won't go down does anyone have any suggestions? It's a 2008

Check the ground wire, check electrical connections in the door hinge area where the rubber bellows seal is

Some remove the fender , some the door, some just reach on in there and remove the rubber boot.
