What is normal temp for the engine on readout?

The fans come on at 219 and then it goes down to 195 or so.
Around town 195 or so.

Operating temp on my '07 is 194. whether in in town or the interstate, it's 194.

Usually around 85-86, shoots up near 100 sometimes in traffic. Oh, and it's Celcius....

Mine is at 192 most of the time. Has hit 200 on a hot day in heavy stop & go traffic.
