Question Fit an Oven in the HHR

I am about to pick up a 30" oven/range and I was curious if anybody has fit one in their HHR?

I've fit a washer in there. Look up the measurements of the drier, the hhr is 39" wide and 30" tall and 55" deep.

Obviously ranges can vary in sizes, so asking is rather futile - grab a tape measure and check it yourself.

As mentioned by the previous 2 posts you need to measure YOUR item and compare it to the measurements of the HHR.

AS far as weight......UNLESS it is a Wolf or designer oven, the car will handle the weight as long as it is distributed properly. For example, I purchased about 700 pounds of stacking wall blocks and carried them in my HHR with no problem. I laid a couple of pieces of plywood on the floor to protect the interior and plastic over the plywood to "catch" any dirt and debris.

And remember, unless you remove the oven from the packing box, you want the measurements of the box. Which depending on the company and their packing requirements, could be substantially different.

I have fit a lot of things in the HHR but not a range/stove, so only one way to find out, and have a friend with a pick=up truck on speed dial just in case!!

I am probably way too late for this...but unboxed, a 30 inch free standing range will fit with the seats down...I have also squeezed a 15 cubic ft frigidaire in mine with my seat up an inch or two

Doesn't matter. The OP didn't bother to check back after starting this thread.

The OP is watching the responses of this thread. They were logged in just today in fact. They are just not the type that posts all the time. They have been a member since 2010 but only have 23 posts.

As said measure it. Knowing how stuff packaged you may have to take it out of the box first. I bet it will fit.

I got a new kitchen cabnet base unit in the back of mine. This is the one under the sink. Still working on a kitchen remodel I'll be glad when it is done. I am doing it myself.
