Those are not the fog lights that replace the dummy plugs if that is what you are looking for. You can make these seat into the dummy plugs if you are will to cut them up (easy to do BTW). But that is too much to pay for any generic fog lights IMO. You can get something similiar at WalMart for a 1/3 the price.

This is how I did mine originally. I later swapped them out with the factory ones and still used the wiring I did here.

I bought the ones you are looking at on e-bay. They are good quality, looks like they will fit good as well. I haven't got mine in yet as it has been too cold to work outside yet so I can't tell you much more than that.

Well I dont have fog lights to begin with and there is another set of fog lights (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2006-...1%7C240%3A1318) some have talked about on here that I was going to buy until I saw these. I am not sure which set would be easier for me to install. I have never done anything like this on my car but I am pretty savvy with doing fixing or installing stuff so I cannot imagine it being to hard.

I don't have fogs on my HHR either. Yes it's not too hard to do. Make sure you follow the instructions that come with the fog lights. Some fog lights take some high current and supply a relay so you don't burn up the wiring, make sure it's installed properly. If you can read direction you'll be fine.

Those will snap into the same location as the dummy plugs. The first set you asked about, they do not show how they mount. So I have no clue what they recommend......

Both seem to use a similiar wiring setup. But that's easy to do.
