I'm going to guess LCA bolts, the torque spec is challenging to accomplish unless the car is on a lift. 74 lb ft, then tighten an additional 180 degrees.

Also, link to help diagnose noises is in my signature.

Are the sway bar bushings the correct size? They should have been difficult to slide on, verry tight.
For clarity: THE motor mount is the one you can see from the top on the passenger side. The others are transmission mounts. It has a gel center, so the rubber may look "good" but if the gel has dissipated it is not doing its job Not like old timey motor mounts.

Look thru the oblong hole in the passenger front fender if tge bolt head looks low in the slot, the motor mount is toast!

Thanks you guys, I’m going to check the motor mounts again. I believe that the sway bar bushings are correct, they weren’t that easy to replace and at very low speeds like going over speed bumps they will “squeak” a bit which tells me they are tight. Going to re- torque everything while under the car and see what happens.

Number 9, number 9. (Beatles reference)

Have you looked at the front bumper cover and the wheel house shrouds.

But what struts? RA is just the vendor and they sell several options, including cheapies. One example I experienced brand new rattled like a Planters can with one nut left. In that particular case the rattle would quite after a few miles; how about yours?

I believe the struts from RA were Moog, not absolutely sure cause I can’t find the receipt. I’ve been suspicious of the strut because I’ve had one fail before but the noise was different. I’m reluctant to say this but I haven’t had great luck recently with parts from RA, poor quality or wrong fitment. Anyway, after I try a few other things that have been suggested and still have the rattle, I’ll try replacing the struts again. Thank you for the input.
