Front Light with foglight question
Is there any way to have all 4 front lights on when using High Beams? Also if so is there anyway to keep the fog lights on during the use of High Beams? So the ideal answer would be 4 light for high beams + Fogs if turned on.
Thanks :skull1::skull1::skull1: |
Many state laws don't allow for that, that's why they are setup the way they are...... (fogs go out with high beams) Even if your state doesn't have it on the books (yet) you could get popped one state away.

hi?lo beams are one bulb=blow out quick if you did that. and if you want fogs on with highs, my suggestion would be re-wiring fog lights to either a different switch, or the same one, bypassing, the high beam cut off. essentially just make it a pos/neg hook up to either stock or aftermarket switch.
Hope this helps. |
YOur not going to get both elements of the H13 bulb to burn at the same time. Extremely short life would be the result if you could.
I wired my fogs myself and can run the fogs with the high beams. On those twisty county roads I drive down leaving my house, very helpful. As far as legality, haven't heard that one before. If you are meeting a car head on, you shouldn't have your high's on anyway (that will get you a ticket in some areas). Some states have a law stating no more than 4 lights on at any given time on public roads. |
ok so the old days of 4 headlights are gone... ok. Any quick way for the factory fogs to work with highbeams?
Thanks |
Trigger the fog lamps off of a relay with its signal voltage coming from the marker lamp. Always on when parking lights are on and either headlamp.
