Is there a chart showing the size fuse that is used in the fuse boxes

Yes, in your Owner Manual and it should be on the inside of the fuse box covers.

Physical size is "regulat ATC".

The owners manual does not show the amperage size of the individual fuses.
Fuses should be replaced with the same amperage size as the one being replaced.
The old fuse will have the size stamped on it and is generally color coded by the size.
