I have learned from other Forums that you need to make sure that they come with a good warranty and that there is a contact here in the U.S so you are not trying to contact somebody in China that your ballast went bad.

55 watt hid's are offroad only as far as i know. I'm 99.99% sure about that actually. Interesting that they admit to problems related to the h13 9008/DRL plug in and PRAY applications that so many other "cheap hid" sites ignore or simply don't tell you. I wont hate on non-retrofits as i usually do (plug in and PRAY HID"S)...however I have not tried this set, maybe it will work fine. Drop this link on the kiddie.....I mean cobalt forum (j/k guys) and see if you can get one of tehm to try it out on THEIR car for ya!

study'n

i started study'n some lites today. i saw some hids? that said that they adjust automatcally up and down , like when going over a speed bump , they would stay pointed low. i wonder if that is the ones i always see bouncing up and down in my rearview mirror. i don't think i would want any of the bouncy ones. or maybe they are auto dimming. if i didn't have that auto mirror in my hhr , those lites might annoy me.
