Heater fan noise.

Heater fan noise.
I have a 2010SS and I am having the same fan noise in low speed that my 07LS had. I had the Ls fan replaced twice and looks like I'm going to have this one replaced also(warranty). Has any one noticed this noise on low speed? It seems to manifest it self after a few months of use. Has anyone tried an after market fan motor as a more permanent repair?
