I TRIED TO GET SEVERAL DIFFERENT COLORS, BUT SUMMIT WHITE WAS THE COLOR I HAD WANTED WHEN THE HHR FIRST CAME OUT (MAYBE BECAUSE THE COLOR WAS ORIGINALLY DELAYED AND IT ADDED A BIT OF MYSTERY TO IT)...I GOT THE SUMMIT WHITE & I AM IN LOVE WITH IT! IT IS A BEAUTY!!!

I HAD A GUY ADMIRING MY HHR AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT LOOKED BIGGER THAN MOST OF THE HHR'S HE HAD SEEN, AND THAT FROM AN ARTISTIC STANDPOINT WHITE ACTUALLY DOES MAKE THINGS LOOK BIGGER...I THINK THIS MAY BE WHY I LIKE IT SO MUCH, IT DOES TEND TO APPEAR BIGGER THAN IT ACTUALLY IS...

WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO IT THOUGH, I WOULD HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH ANY COLOR!!! THE HHR IS AWESOME!!!

My first choice was black but I settled for my second choice dark silver. Those were the only two colors I wanted.

Sadly I won't be able to make it to the run on October 21, as my wife's brother is running in the Chicago Marathon that weekend and we will have a lot of family here visiting from New York...

But keep me updated on future gatherings, as I would love to be a part of the next one!

Hello again.

I noticed something on this site and was wondering if anyone else did as well. Someone posted pictures of an '07 HHR LS, in the new golden teal color. I got to thinking this was odd, as chevrolet.com only shows 4 colors available on the 'build your own' section of the website under the LS model, with Golden Teal not being one of them. Maybe there are more colors available on the LS than the website indicates?

We would like to get a second HHR to replace our other car sometime in the future (as we love our other one so much!), and my wife loves the golden teal as she is a fan of green. I was thinking of going with an LS with a manual transmission, so that is where my curiosity is coming from.

Hello AGAIN,

I just checked chevrolet.com and it looks like all of the colors are available on the '07 as an LS, which was not previously the case...

This is the photo I was talking about:

 

Wife wanted the Amethyst they did not have one on lot, I wanted Dark Silver, ended up with silvertone.
I now would like White. Looks like I need to get another one.

 

wanted Daytona Blue ended up with Black, thinking of trading my 06 in for an 07 and a different color since Black is SOOOOO hard to keep clean.
