There is a shippment of panels coming to burlington NC 14 I think due april 30th. Bought by the same customer that bought the last batch of astros made.(stupid move GM doing away with the most successful van you've ever made!)

 

OMGosh... a white panel, I'm in love (again)

 

Other than the fact they couldn't make it comply with modern safety standards, it was a drag on CAFE, the plant it was being built in was older than Henry Ford, and they were only running one shift because nobody else was buying them anymore.

But other than that, I agree that it was probably the best van they've ever made and it never really looked out-of-style

 

Maybe Mr. B will get a Summit White panel
