As far as covering or removal being illegal, this is like mattress tags. The dealer cannot remove them. But I know of nothing that says the owner can't.

 

Yep, looks much better than that big ugly yellow thing with all of the warnings and threats of loss of life, etc.

I just removed my driver side one. Still need to do the passanger side one. Maybe this weekend, just need to take the time.

 

Got one of these off ebay, nice fit over original.

 

What do you mean "just removed my driver side one"? Were you able to remove the factory warning label?? I tried to peel mine off and I figured there was no way that thing was coming off.....

 

you shouldn't be able to peel it off, it is screen printed or heat press printed right on to it. For that exact reason.

 

Wished someone would have told my wife that 3 years ago. Had no choice but to find a set of custom stickers, and the passenger side one still looks like crap.
