'06 with 138,150 miles. Other than normal wear & tear items like tires, oil & filters, wiper blades, brake pads and such the only problems have been a heater motor resistor as the result of a leaking cowl cover at 81,250, a t-stat at 84,684 and the exhaust flex connector at 136, 000.
Pretty much trouble free.

09 LS with 155,000 and only had one problem that was never figured out by Chevy. A couple of months ago the car started to run hot and it ended up being a gallon low on antifreeze. No one could figure out where it went to though. I have done the regular maintenance on it and I just replaced the front pads and rotors for the first time at 153,000. So far so good!!

I have 116 and change on my 07 2.2. Mine has the clunking front end and the shakey wheel when braking. I am going to fix that shortly. New end links, sway bar bushings, rotors and pads, then check the hub tolerances. I beat the %^* out of mine. I haul 2x4s ladders, dogs, tools, fishing poles, groceries, girlfriends, paint, guns and gear, you name it I throw it in there. It keeps strokin along with 29.7 for the current MPG average. 32 average speed. My 08 Silverado just sits in the garage untill its time for heavy hauling or gas prices drop. This thing is so impressive I can see why the high brass at GM decided to quit making them. Its just too good a value for the money and they need to continue there decades long history of poor decision making. I do like all the new GM line up. I won't buy a foriegn car. I wish they would have keep these in production a few more years.

Wow, that is some major stuff. I replaced my brakes for the first time at 153,000 and I think I could've gotten another 10,000 out of them. I had to replace my battery because I left my inverter on all night and it killed the battery. Hopefully, you will be ok from her on out.

Haven't been back here in a while! My '06 is now at 109K, and would you believe, still on the original clutch! But, now I am back snooping around at suggestions and recommendations on the 100K maintenance. There should be some good tips around with 33K members...Wow, when I joined, there were less than 500 of us!

We now have 106,000 miles on our '06 LS, bought it in March of this year as the third addition to the fleet/herd/whatever. In the 22,000 miles we've racked up since buying it, we've just done the usual HHR repairs like...
Pads and rotors.
Sway bar end links.
Sway bar bushings.
New battery.
Plugs and air filter(s).
Trans fluid and filter.
That's about it, I'd suggest sticking with the 100K service items in the owners manual and that should do you for the start of your second 100,000 miles. And nice to "meet" you by the way, glad that there are still some founding members active on the forum.

2007 LT 2.4 with 112k and many more to go hopefully. Head was replaced under warranty at 39k due to misfire in cylinder #3. Other then that the normal tires, brake pads, shoes, and rotor maintanence at this point.
