High Octane: High Elevations with the 2.4 l
 

I have not yet taken delivery but have read the Owners manual section on gasoline for the 2.4 engine.

My thoughts are that at a higher elevation the higher octane gasoline should not provide any benefit. At sea level, yes - but above a certain elevation knock should not occur with regular gas.

Any thoughts?
