Mountains? What are mountains? Only mountains that I'm familiar with are SPACE MOUNTAIN, SPLASH MOUNTAIN, and THUNDER MOUNTAIN. :cool:

Florida is a cool state but a little too humid for me. Its nice for a winter visit. :beer: My wife wants to move there but I use the fact that there is wildlife there that could eat or poison me as my excuse not to. ;)

You forgot to mention about the Hurricanes. They say they will keep on comming more and more for next couple of years.

Oh yea, I did forget about them. For some reason I always get stuck on the aligators, crocodiles, snakes, bugs, and lizards so I forget hurricanes. My grandma and step-grandpa used to live there 1/2 of the year in West Palm Beach so I visited several times. Alot of older New Yorkers are like that, summers up here winters down there. Even though I like to complain about it, I love the snow. :)

Florida = heavens waiting room

People that live 1/2 year are refered as "snowbirds" Only come down to avoid the snow. During that time of year being in Florida is great. I traveled a bunch from my past job from NY to Florida. I spent alot of time in south Florida. Mostly Fort Lauderdale. I've been to west palm a few times as well. Its a complelty different life style down there.

ok i'm in southern Ontario in canada. I'm about 2hrs from Detroit.
and its snowy as hell.

I was going up a hill. and the HHR made it way about near the half way point of the hill..... and then LOW TRACTION came on..... lol omg the thing started to roll back... wow.. lucky no cars was around. yeah i think i need to read the manual. didn't even know i had traction controle. Like when the low traction, comes on the engine just kinda dies. like i can't fugg'n giver her.

should i get winter tires?!!? cause right now i got the 17inch alloys with low-pros.

Its your wheels locking up on you, traction locks your brakes to get them spinning at the same rate. I get it on dry ground sometimes. I should read the manual also to see if there is anyway to turn it off, not that I want to in the winter. In my Mustang there was a traction control button so it was easy to turn off. I notice that I get a lot of oversteer out of the HHR also. I have a set of winter tires that wil fit my HHR but I need a set of 16" steel rims off of a LS. I also have the 17" polished rims on my HHR. Do the Canadian HHRs with 17" rims also come with Firehawk GTAs just like the American version?

I drove over some ice today a small patch and low transaction control on. The gound was leveled and it felt like I was glideing over it.
