Everyone talks about what kind and all this other stuff but no one says exactly how much to use 4? 4.5? or 5 quarts? I really need to know so thank you to anyone who answers.

 

bone dry i think its 6-7. i put in 5 at an oil change, puts it right in the middle of the dipstick usually.

Put's it at the full mark.

 

Gosh, you mean to say there's a book that tells you the engine oil capacity??? Wow, I bet it even tells the oil weight and everything? Maybe how to program the radio, use the AC, etc. etc.

Snoopy: That book takes up to much room in the glove box. Plus it just talks about how the car works! I know how a car work I had a 64 pontiac, same thing as a HHR all GM :l
