I thought Honda Elements got fair mpg? What kind of mpg was your Element getting? A guy @ work claims his stick shift Element gets 27mpg around town. I believe it to be a dubious claim.

 

My Element NEVER got more than 24 mpg...and that was rare.

Mostly 22-23 mpg combined.

I loved the little truck, but the gas costs were killing me. I drive 23,000 miles per year.
