I bought the caps on Amazon as described below. The important thing is the 2.95 inch size. These are designed to be pushed through from the back of the wheel but that doesn't work on concentric hubs because there is no space for them. These fit over the outside flange of the wheel at the hub. That just leaves room for 1/2-inch wide black "extreme" 3M Mounting tape available on Amazon and in hardware stores. I use four 1 1/2- inch short strips around the base leaving a gap between each sobit isn'tcompletely sealed. The stripsare placed inside the cap around the circumference with slight overlap onto the inside curved flange area. Clean everything with 50 or 70 percent alcohol and dry before installing tape inside cap. Then I remove the tape outer cover and pour alcohol over the mating surfaces (inside the cap and onto the wheel flange). Apply quickly after wetting and use a short rubber strap with hooks through the wekkl.holes to apply inward force across the center of the cap pressing it toward the wheel until everything dries. The alcohol serves as the lubricant to get the tape to slide on the rim flange. It will mostly wipe itself off during while pushing the cap on. The rest evaporates within a few minutes and the tape sticks. I keep pressure on it for about 15 minutes. A similar approach is used when installing grips on golf clubs except they use carpet tape and lighter fluid. After they dry you can forecably move them slightly (the tape flexes) with you hand, and can remove them with more force and wiggle. If you forget to remove or tell the tire guy how to remove them for tire changes and balances they they will hammer them off from the inside of the wheel and you get to buy new ones 😉. None have ever come loose. They are light weight and close to the center so centrifugal and angular force when turning is very small, and the extreme tape has a 30 pound per square inch bonding strength.

Those wheels are the stock 16-inch wheels that come from the factory on some base models. A different 5 spoke steel wheel also comes on some base models. The small loop wheels were chosen for a more retro look, sort of like the rallies of years gone by. with larger tires. 16-inch chrome trim rings fit around the circumference of the wheel. I can find where I purchased them if needed.

Very nice! Are the moon wheels 16-inch, and are they custom aftermarket or did you figure out how to put a moon on them?

They were from Wheel Vintiques rally rims with baby moons, sadly obsolete and no longer available.

Hi Folks, first time poster (long time reader!). Apologies for opening up an older post, but I'm hoping Gaylon or someone else can assist me with locating the 3 plugs on the head. I was looking from above and have had a heck of a time locating the correct middle plug/bolt to use for draining. Also a bit mystified when looking at some diagram online... so it's time to ask the pro's here! Anyone willing to post a pic or a diargram pointing out where the plug is? Engine is a 2.4L 2011. From the directions and descriptions this seems like exactly what I need to do, and it seems pretty straightforward for a handy DIYer... before taking to mechanic for a deeper inspection. thanks!
