Yes RJ, it’s only been 5 days, but the OP did come back ( I check time log ins). Point being he came back but didn’t continue his own discussion. Not sure why. Maybe got offended by the questions we ask him ? Who knows.

In case you are wondering why the concern, the forums are searchable and this site is usually at the top of a google search. So if a problem is resolved, it helps other people that may have the same problem.

Car Issue

Great News!
My Chevy HHR just wont turn on now.
The Lights and windows roll down, so basically some electronics work and apparently google is saying it might be a faulty starter motor.

But we are saying the 4 bolts in the underhood fuse box need attention.
Try Facebook, and start replacing computers.

its the ecm.
we need to replace it and reprogram it. An expert mechanic got a look at it and found the ecm being the issue.
