Not even sure how they made that legal. You can go up years with emissions, but not backwards.

I guess if the ECM shows no faults it's good to go. Along with good brakes, lights, ect.

The HHR really looks like it was meant to be a tire-smoker ... but it would absolutely have to be RWD or it would be ridiculous to drive I think.

Yeah but they couldn't sell an HHR that would compete in the same class as the Camaro SS or Corvette! Too bad the HHR was such a niche vehicle in its day, now it seems the wagon/quirky unique style is making a comeback! If they had only waited a few years to start production LOL.
