J D Power Survey
I received a J D Power survey in the mail yesterday, concerning the quality of my HHR. I was wondering if everyone that buys an HHR gets one or if this is a random thing. It asks all kinds of questions concerning all aspects of the HHR. Of course, I will give mine a big thumbs up all the way.

I received one yesterday and filled it out in an HONEST fashion! All-n-all, I'd say I have NO real (major) issues. Maybe a small squeak here and there as well as a paint defect (+ scratches)... but nothing really heart stopping.
I sent it off today AND listed my phone #/e-mail for them to contact me if need be. I also listed the intermitent small shake (listed in a different thread) I've encountered recently... but I think it may have been fixed.
Too bad the survey doesn't come out and ask "Are you happy/satisfied with this purchase and would you recommend your purchase to someone else?"
That answer is FLAT OUT YES!
I really only bought this vehicle for ONE purpose- economy (overall price of vehile as well as fuel consumption- or lack thereof!)... So far it's exceeded my expectations with versitility, comfort, mileage, coolness factor
etc...!!! IMO Chevy did a GREAT job with this unit, not to mention the recent independent crash test results (WITHOUT side air bags)!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe it's my menacing nature, but too bad DEALERS can't produce the same.

I got the survey about 6 weeks after we purchased, It took me a week to fill out HONESTLY. Also they called my house 2 times and my work 2 times to see if I got it and if I was sending it back. I gave high marks!

They do help the manfuacturers, but not consumers so much. Being less than honest will deprive GM of feedback they could use to improve the HHR.
