I got my HHR back!

Background: Long story but here's the short version:
I purchased a 2008 LS with a 2.2 new off the lot.
In 2011 my wife and I split up, she got the HHR in the divorce.
She turned the HHR over to one of the kids

Now the HHR has 125k on the odo, the kid now doesn't want it, and neither does my ex: She just told me I could have it back.

I go get the HHR, and immediately find out why nobody wants it.
The short list: smelled like gasoline, needs four tires, the rear springs are broken, the shocks are leaking, the front struts are leaking, the tranny cooling lines are seeping, the serpentine belt is cracked, and one of the TPMS sensors is saying Service TPS Sensor and has no readout, and the exhaust is leaking back at the muffler. I'm forgetting some other stuff, but you get the drift: Nobody maintained the vehicle.

No problem, I loved the HHR when it first rolled off the lot and I still love it now, I will fix 'er up properly.

I'll be posting looking for help... oops, already did!

Thanks!
I've got all the parts here to fix it up, hopefully nothing else needs immediate repair/replacing. I'll learn more as I dive into it deeper.
