I signed up a couple of weeks ago for my Burb and the HHR. The vin seems to take forever to kick in cause mine isn't in the system either. But I like to use the vehicle manual they have in pdf format. When my Burb was due for an oil change I printed out the sheet for the oil type and how to reset the oil monitor back to 100%. I also inputed my miles so I use it as a backup for maintenance reminders.

I registered about 3 weeks ago and my vin is still not recored. I don't see much use for the site except the pdf file of the manual. I downloaded it and saved it in my documents.

Same here... I registered a few weeks ago but my VIN# wasn't in their system yet. Maybe I'll check back and see if anything has changed.

it doesn't seem that it is not accepting any HHR VIN's as of yet. Mine is not registered as well, but there are plenty of helpful tips on that website. I did the same thing about the information for the oil since mine is due for an oil change soon.

Evidently there is an unresolved problem registering your VIN.

Just call them and they can do it.

My vin is not in there yet. It looks like a nice little web site for reminders. May have to shoot an email off to see if they will input my vin and see if that works.
