E-mail the customer service, they will activate your Vin, they did mine.

I just now sent off to GM. So I will let you know if they fix my problem and how long it took, and any reply I get

If anyone is still having problems I have an update for you.
I email them and in 24 hours I had a reply and the web site was updated with my vin

i have used this for 4 years.
had my 05 envoy, 05 sierra, 06 monte, 07 cobolt, 07 hhr, also receive the emails for the diagnostics for the ones that i have on star in.

love it.

Also e-mailed them just today to see if they can get my VIN entered... I have been waiting since January but never thought to e-mail or call... just thought I had to wait.
