Also is there an exhaust camshaft sensor, on all engines after 2006? My engine doesn't seem to have it, neither has the other two engines that have already been in the car when I ordered this engine, idk what engine it is but I thought they were suppose to be the second gen L61 idk I was lucky the guy I was shopping for an engine, he asked me for my Vin number and he told me that only one engine fits this car year. 2008 HHR 2.2l

Why do you keep a car that you hate?
How could pins move themselves in a connector?
L61 only has Intake camshaft sensor..
The guy that looked at your VIN meant that "the car came with a 2.2L L61 engine". The 2008 might have come with a 2.4L LE5 VVT engine they are not 100% interchangeable.

U0073 and Service Airbag combined with "window left open" would make me look at the wire connectors under the front seats, especially any yellow connectors (airbag related).

Won't crank after fuse box replacement is 99% the 4 bolts in the fuse box not cranked down enough.

Has something else bee done to the car by some clueless person? I still don't know what you think is different about the 2008 model electrical system. 2006-2008 have different wiring for different engines, after 2008 the 2.2 and the 2.4 are both VVT and have the same wiring.

I don't know I got the car this way like right now gray is what powers my fuel pump and purple tries to start my car, I think that the fuel pump was supposed to be green and white maybe or something like that and the starter wire supposed to be purple and white I think and it's purple so I don't know

Gray is power for the fuel pump from the fuel pump relay. Purple/white from the ECM enables the starter relay. Purple from the starter relay to the starter solenoid.
You seem to be forgetting that the car is digital, not like cars before 1995 and not simple wire from here to there. You are chasing the wrong rabbits.

You might try getting a shop manual at the local auto parts store. Haynes and Chilton's make them. They might have wiring, I don't know.

Man I'm here to diagnosing this can bus troubleshooting, with the check airbag light on code u0073 no communication can bus a or b I can't remember you like anybody help me out with the diagram or just explaining the layout of my can bus Network 2008 HHR 2.2 L Im getting 112 ohmes from pin 6 and 14 on my DLC also, my 2008 HHR sequence reserves something with the factory stereo will make us communication error the problem it's not having a factory stereo hooked up also I don't have the front passenger seat installed right now there's a module underneath for an airbag I do believe with that also be maybe something I need to hook up to not get this no communication problem? Just waiting on the battery to charge then I'll go back outside and check my voltages on I can't hide and can low I don't know if it's my phone or Google not cooperating but I search like 5 or 10 or 15 20 times for the layout of the can bus Network for 2008 HHR or even easier than that can you tell me where the terminating resistors are at each end of my can Network like up under the hood where at underneath the power wheel on the driver side or anything like that

Is there a question in there somewhere? Geez
The network terminates at the modules. Not sure which is which.
