New Key Fob
How does one program a new remote key fob? After 4 years, mine has given up the ghost.

You have to go to the dealer and have them program it in with the Tech2 tool.

If it still works sometimes and doesnt look damaged, it might just need to be repaired. The battery connector inside often breaks and needs to be resoldered.

Or you can try swapping the rubber push buttons part. That is what seems to go.

I presume you already did the obvious and replaced the battery? It takes the same battery as the computer CMOS.

My friend recently had the same problem. He just soldered a broke connection and all good.
