I have a cheap code reader that has live data stream. I really don't know how to use it. What should I be looking to read on the data stream. I really think this ground is my problem. Thanks!

Did you look at the blower switch?

The blower works fine. But I did buy a used climate control and it did not change anything. So unless they are both broke I don't think that is it. Thanks!

The question was about the wire that sends a signal to the BCM when the fan is turned on. That would be the Dark Green wire.
