New to the Site

Actually, I've been registered on the site for awhile, but lost the 'verification' e-mail to let me post. Anyways, ordered my 2LT/5-speed Daytona Blue HHR in Sept and finally took delivery in November. I am originally from New Jersey, but stationed in Arkansas. Not to make it more confusing, but for the next 3 months I am on temporary duty in Tampa. Other than cleaning the HHR, I haven't done anything to it...kind of waiting to see many options before I commit. I am more into the performance side, but I have never done so with a 4 banger...now a small block Chevy is another story (70 Monte in need of another re-do). I figure modifying a car is never done...it's always a work in progress.

By the way, if anyone in the Tampa area knows of some cruise spots, please let me know...weather is too nice down here not to have something going on.

Thanks all.
I haven't had the car to Jersey yet, but I seen the posts about the get together at Freehold and was big-time jealous. I grew up in that area and my family is still there. Best part of it was cruising the Jersey shore and living 10 minutes from Englishtown...did a lot of drag racing and motocrossing there. I haven't lived on the east coast in over 10 years, but I still consider it home...can't beat the food...lol.

New to the site as well. I just got my dark silver hhr LT last week. It took the dealership almost two weeks to get mine, but they let me drive one of theres 'til mine got here. the only thing I've done so far is tint the front windows, and hooked up my Sirius radio.
