Painted my calipers and rotors

The stock calipers and rotors were starting to look pretty bad. So I rotated the tires and painted the calipers, rotor hats and rear drums. It took about 4 hours and a can of high temperature gloss black spray paint.

Added a stainless steel exhaust tip over the tiny stock one.

Finish up by painting that damn roasting pan muffler....I did.

Don showed me his painted black, and it disappears in the shadows.

Was it hard to paint the calipers and drums (masking off everything?)

Caliper paint is on my x-mas last, and i'm pretty sure santa is bringing it.

I haven't used it yet, but from all the reviews i found, i went with the G2 kit. Lots of colors for you, a 2 part paint you mix to create an enamel. Takes 24 hours to cure. I think it's around $40 for a set. I found tons of reviews on that and the duplicolor set and the G2 won hands down.

free shipping here and a coupon code to get an extra %5 off. best deal i could find. twice as much as duplicolor, but you're paying for the quality.

Lots of people that used the duplicolor set had it cracking and flaking in a year and then re did it with the G2. Found all the info on some mustang, corvette, and lexus forums.
