Hey, I was wondering if some one who works at a GM dealership could check on a couple of part numbers. I would like to make sure that I know which part is which:

This is for a 2006 HHR

15838610 (I'm under the impression this is the standard molding under the front and rear door, driver side)
25949857 (I'm under the impression this is the running board for the drivers side)

I am correct?

On GM parts web site when you type in the # they both say molding. The 15838610 $53.53 25949857 $134.73

 

Yeah, I've checked on the gmpartsdirect website and I've found both parts but they do not have pictures of them so I can't really determine if one is for the standard and one is for the running board.

 

The 15838610 is the vertical protector molding(in silver) on the left rear door-GM factory price is $86.39.The 25949857 is the left rocker molding(minus the insert)not the running board-price is $221.58.
