Get running boards..... save the rock dings.

I have both. Running boards and a rock chip. Have had my boards from the start, the rock chip is new.:(

They left the plastic protectors on mine when the running boards were installed. I had clearly noticeable damage at the 4000 mile point when I had them installed. I have logged about 1500 miles since the installation and have no sign of damage to the quarters.

I just sent an email to my salesman to see if others have come in complaining about the rock dents..Maybe he'll hook me up since my family has bought a few cars there..I didn't want the running boards because I was afraid it would make it harder to transfer but I'll just deal with it if its going to save my ride some bruises..
