In many states, doing a salvage title by taking a VIN from a scrapped car and putting it in a good car is not considered "salvaging". I'm not sure if this has ever been legally rectified with this car. One of the reasons this car keeps coming up for sale is nobody can get a clear title and drive it. (unless this have been sorted in the last few years) |
