Question Problems with the radio

We just bought an HHR and from the day we got it home we couldn't use any of the buttons on the radio ex. presets, seek, power. It spent all last week at the dealership, and now they are telling me that alot of HHR's are having this problem (sales manager says their is going to be a recall)just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. This dealer says they have had 2.

thanks for any info.

No problems yet and I think our radio is in some GM vehicles other than the HHR.

Our radio goes quiet, like it is out of tune, and then goes back to the original volume a few seconds later. I think a loose wire, as the reception in my other car is just fine. Going to take it in to see if they can fix, and I'll let you know what they say.

I work for a Chevy dealership and we have had one HHR with a radio problem. We had to reprogram it. It was the 6 disc one. Also had one HHR with a problem with the rear hatch not releasing. That is all we have seen. I think that is pretty good.
