Found this post in a model car forum.

It looks like they spliced a panel and a windowed version together

The brother had a Caprice wagon which had a heavy tray system to facilitate gurneys and was used at one time as a flower car and to retrieve bodies. I gotta believe they beefed up the plastic floor panels in this HHR when it was stretched, then again maybe it's only used for the trip back from the crematorium?

Well if you gotta go for one last ride, what better than an HHR, looks like the grafted a panel rear clip to a wagon.
Anybody remember the AA5 "Hearse" that they gave away on The Price Is Right back in 2009 for Halloween.

Looks like the 'custom hearse' had about an extra 36" added - about the length of the side doors, maybe a bit more. The rear doors would have been modified with parts of the shell and skin of salvaged front doors, to eliminate the 'dogleg' area. Having trouble identifying where the pic was taken. Looks foreign.

The forum mentions that it was spotted in Columbia, and the plate is registered in San Juan de Girón a Province or Department in Northwestern Columbia.
It looks to be a fairly competent job, just wonder if the panels from the doors back are steel or fiberglass.
