Where is the cabin air recirculation intake when you switch to recirculation. Is in under the glove box?

 

Yup, I believe so.

It should be right under the filter.

If you have someone push the recirculating button while you have your head down there you should be able to see it.

You can also see the outside air vent by removing the widshield wiper trim from the engine compartment.
